William is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA. He has 26 years of senior level operations- and production management experience in the metallurgical industry. During his career, he was also responsible for leading several business improvement initiatives (World Class Manufacturing, Fatality Prevention Standards and Work Management)
He is also a certified Black Belt in both Lean- and DMAIC Six Sigma.
After a career managing production plants and -processes in leanly staffed organizations, he understands the time constraints and stresses of line personnel performing their daily duties.
